October-November 2008 Diet: Weigh-in #1

This week's goal:
October 16th: 180.8 pounds (Seems simple, this is actually higher than my last weigh-in)

179.6 pounds
-4.49 pounds of fat lost
+3.69 pounds of muscle gained

I expected to reach this goal easily. This was a water-weight week. From now until next Thursday is when I really begin losing fat.

Future goals:

October 23rd: 178 (Would be lowest since late August)
October 30th: 175.3 (Would be lowest since early January 2008)
November 6th: 172.6 (Would be lowest since late December 2007)
November 13th: 169.9 (Goal hopefully reached; would be lowest since Christmas 2007)

I only have to lose 1.6 pounds to meet next weeks goal. Another easy goal. I might even do better. My prediction for next week, following the calorie restriction I'm using, I should have a weight of 176.5.
