Jonathan's ESVWLC: Weigh-in #2

This week's goal:
August 6th: 181.4 pounds


Result:
182.4 pounds

- 0.08 pounds of fat lost
- 0.32 pounds of muscle lost...
Lost nothing on waist
0.4 pounds lost (Last week's weigh-in was 182.8 pounds, not 182.6)


Future goals:


August 13th: 179.3 pounds
August 20th: 177.2 pounds
August 27th: 175 pounds


Outlook:

...and just like that, I've fallen behind. Losing weight is good, but when you're not reaching your goals, it makes it a bittersweet moment. At this rate, I'd have to lose 2.5 pounds a week, which is not the healthiest of weight losses, and that would mean a calorie defect of 1250 per day, which leads to a calorie cap of 750. That is unhealthy. I have started using the treadmill again, but that only takes out a certain amount. I highly doubt I'll reach my goal at this point even with proper exercise.
