Don’t use EBay’s Answer Center

So, I had a little problem and asked for some insight.

Out of 10 replies (8 people overall):

  • 1 helpful, detailed answer
  • 1 person who’s oblivious to seller’s locale, not his/her fault
  • 2 people who can’t read
  • 1 ad hominem attack (using this blog)
  • 1 person who doesn’t read feedback (it was my first time I didn’t pay instant, asshole)
  • 2 semi-helpful replies

Good help is so hard to find…
